    Black Pepper

    Our black pepper journey begins in carefully selected high‑altitude plantations, where cooler climates, misty air, and mineral‑rich soils create ideal growing conditions. These elevated regions allow pepper vines to mature slowly, helping the berries develop deeper aroma, richer flavor, and naturally preserved nutrients.

    The pepper plants are nurtured using traditional farming practices, allowing the vines to thrive naturally. When the pepper berries reach peak maturity, they are hand‑harvested to ensure only the best quality spikes are selected. This careful harvesting preserves the essential oils that give black pepper its distinctive heat and aroma.

    After harvesting, the berries are sun‑dried naturally, a process that enhances flavor concentration while retaining their natural goodness. The dried peppercorns are then carefully cleaned and sorted, ensuring uniform quality before processing.

    Finally, the selected peppercorns are freshly ground into fine powder, releasing their full aroma and bold taste. From high‑altitude plantations to finely ground spice, every step is designed to deliver pure, flavorful black pepper with superior taste, freshness, and quality in every pinch.
